Single ply roofing pir thermal insulation boards
PIR INSULATION
(Polyisocyanurate)PIR insulation boards are an excellent choice when it comes to an efficient insulation both in acoustics and thermal aspects. The boards are easy to cut and shape making them quick to install. The construction properties of PIR insulation boards means they are excellent when it comes to durability,rigidty and strength.
Oriented Standard Board
Oriented Strand Boards, or OSB, is quickly becoming the alternative to using timber and plywood. Although OSB shares many of the same properties for roofing like durability and water resistant, osb is a lot cheaper to make and install. For roofers, it is used in sheathing for flat roofs or the pitched roof section.

Mech fix Membrane
Mechanically fixed single ply membrane is a membrane that uses mechanical fastenings to secure them to the deck of the flat roof or a slopping roof. Mechanical fixed membrane, all overlaps are secured using hot air welding equipment to fully seal, fully encapsulates the membrane.
Detail Membrane
Single ply Detail Membrane is a perfect option for protecting the building from the effects of damp, the way in which the membrane seals offers a continuous air tight water proof barrier preventing premature deterioration of the building structure and roof.
MEMBRANE FIXINGS
Mech Fixings
Mechanically fixed membrane is installed in locations subjected to high winds. Installing the membrane you use mechanical fixings to hold the membrane in place. The screw to hold it in place also has a tubular washer and stress plate to go with it. Mechanically fixing the membrane to the roof particularly at the corners might require extra fittings also sections that can be subject to uplift from the wind.
